Bidonedesign.it is an e-commerce site owned by Nordest Line srl (called Bidone in these conditions) aimed at the sale of design objects dedicated to interior and exterior furnishings.
All those who purchase on the website www.bidonedesign.it, individuals or companies, pursuant to these General Conditions of Sale, are to be considered customers.
These General Conditions of Sale govern the sales of the products listed on the website www.bidonedesign.it, starting from the registration of the order. They apply to internet sales.
Conditions and acceptance
The fact that the Customer accepts the General Conditions of Sale before confirming his order, automatically entails the acknowledgment and acceptance of the aforementioned without reserve. These conditions apply excluding all other clauses, except for all special agreements agreed in writing and signed by both parties. It is forbidden for the buyer to enter false and / or invented and / or fictional data in the registration procedure necessary to activate the procedure for the execution of this contract and related further communications for him; the personal data, the telephone number and the e-mail address must be exclusively their real personal data and not those of third parties.
Modification of the conditions of sale
Bidone reserves the unquestionable right to modify these General Conditions of Sale at any time.
Products
Bidone undertakes to present the essential characteristics of the products treated. The photographs illustrating the products may, in some cases, not be 100% identical to the product itself, as these are purely of a demonstrative nature, without however compromising its quality which will in any case be equivalent if not improved.
Prices
The prices indicated on the site are subject to change due to causes relating to the launch of a product, promotions and sales. Attention: all prices are given subject to any typing errors.

BIDONEdesign accepts the following payment methods: – Credit Card: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, rechargeable credit cards, enabled Maestro ATMs, Discover and Carta Aura; – PayPal; – Advance bank transfer.
Orders
How to order
To purchase a product on bidonedesign.it:
1. from the product sheet, select the color and, if available, the different size or our Top;
2. add the product to the cart;
3. at the end of the shopping session, click on “Proceed to checkout” in the Shopping Bag;
4. enter the email and shipping address;
5. select the type of shipment and the payment method;
6. check that the information entered is correct and click on “Buy”.
Within a few minutes you will receive a confirmation email with all the details of the order. From this moment our production department will take care of everything and, as soon as the order is shipped, we will notify you with another confirmation email.
Order status
Pending order: pending payment. As soon as we receive your payment, the order status will be updated.
Order in preparation: the order has been received and we have already sent a confirmation email containing the Order Number.
Order completed: as soon as the order is shipped from our warehouse, we will send a confirmation email with the Tracking Number to track the shipment and the reference Courier. You can check the status of your shipment at any time by entering the Tracking Number (PACKAGE ID) on the corresponding carrier page.
Order confirmation
For all orders placed on the site, an order confirmation e-mail will be automatically sent to the address indicated by the Customer in his data sheet.
Warranty
Upon arrival of the package, the Customer is asked to check that it does not show signs of tampering. Otherwise, it will accept the goods “with reserve”. No claim can be considered valid if reported after 7 days from receipt of the material. Complaints must be sent by e-mail to the e-mail address info@bidonedesign.it or by ordinary mail to the address via Molino, 64 – 30020 Marcon (VE). No material must be returned without our authorization. Authorized returns must reach us accompanied by the transport document indicating the number and date of the invoice relating to the original supply.
Returns and refunds
Right of withdrawal
Purchases on our site are subject to the provisions of Legislative Decree n. 185 of 22/05/1999, dictated in the matter of distance contracts, in cases where the delivery of the goods takes place at the home of the purchaser, as these purchases are completed outside the business premises.
Return policy
You can decide to return any product purchased on Bidonedesign.it within 14 days from the delivery date.
That’s how:
1) Return request: send an email to info@bidonedesign.it indicating in the subject “REQUEST RETURN ORDER N ° …”.
The law applies to the product purchased in its entirety: it is not possible to exercise the right of withdrawal only on a part of the product purchased. Subject to compliance with the conditions of the previous point (return of the goods), the Customer will be reimbursed for a maximum amount corresponding to the value of the product.
2) Packaging: make sure that the products are in the same condition in which you received them, in perfect condition, packed in its original packaging and complete in all its parts and any accessories and documentation (tax receipt or any invoice), otherwise we will not be in able to accept your return and refund.
3) Return of goods: The return shipping costs are fully charged to the customer. Bidone therefore recommends sending the shipment insured as the return journey is under the full responsibility of the Customer. In case of damage to the goods during transport, Bidone will notify the customer of the incident (within the working day following receipt of the goods in their warehouses), to allow him to promptly file a complaint against the courier he has chosen and obtain a refund. the value of the asset (if insured); in this case, the product will be returned, with shipping costs to be paid by the customer, at the same time canceling the request for withdrawal; Bidone is not responsible in any way for damage or theft / loss of goods returned by uninsured shipments.
Product change
In the event that the Bidone shows obvious damage, the product is replaced free of charge within 10 working days. However, we remind you that this is a purchase of a refurbished product and therefore the normal dents or any sign / imperfection deriving from the previous use of the bin, which make the product unique, do not fall within the defects subject to complaint.
Rimborsi
We usually accept returns within 14 working days from the date of delivery to our warehouse. Refunds are made by bank transfer for this in the body of the email please provide us with your bank details (IBAN) and holder. For any reimbursement with initial cash on delivery payment, a bank or postal current account registered in the same country from which the order was placed must be indicated and also in this case the refund is made by bank transfer. The refunded sum will be visible on the account statement within 30 (thirty) working days following receipt of the goods.
