Before sending in any requests, we ask that you check to see if your question has already been answered below

How can I purchase a product?

  1. You do not need to be registered to shop on our site.

On each product sheet you will find all the size and color indications currently available, the description and delivery terms

The purchase phases:

  1. from the product sheet, select the color and, if available, the different size or the addition of one of our “top”;

  2. add the product to the cart;

  3. at the end of the shopping session, click on “Proceed to checkout” in the Shopping Bag;

  4. enter your email and shipping address;

  5. select the type of shipping and payment;

  6. check that the information entered is correct and click on “Buy”.

Within a few minutes you will receive a confirmation email with all the details of the order. From this moment our production department will take care of everything and, as soon as the order is shipped, we will notify you with another confirmation email.

Are deliveries also made abroad?

  1. International deliveries are limited to the European countries in the following list: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, France (not Corsica), Germany, Great Britain, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxemburg, Holland, Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.
    However, we invite you to contact us via email if you are interested in receiving our products in a country not mentioned in the above list.

When will my Bidone be delivered?

Deliveries will be made using major international delivery services within 6-8 days from the time of ordering, save for exceptional cases in which deliveries will be made no later than 10 business days after the order is placed. Please allow for an additional 3 working days for all international deliveries.

With which courier is my order shipped?

Deliveries are made during office hours from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays, and are made by Gls or Bartolini.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping is free for orders over € 89.00.

For orders less than 89,00 €, within the national territory, the shipping cost is 10,00 € VAT included.

For foreign countries, the shipping cost is 20,00 € VAT included.

How can I pay for my Bidone?

Payment can be made with credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer. If you would prefer to pay and pick up your order from our headquarter, please inform us ahead of time either via email (info@bidonedesign.it) or phone.

How secure are the online purchase? Is my data protected?

We use the PayPal circuit for processing payments, used by millions of online stores: you pay only by entering your email and password, so there is no way for us to gain access to your bank account information. The security of your data is a top priority! We retain your data exclusively for your order.

Can I personalize my bidone?

Yes! Each Bidone is available in a variety of colors and can be paired with one of three different tops. However, it is possible to personalize your Bidone even further – simply send us an email with the color you desire – with a surcharge of €40,00.

My Bidone has a defect. What do I need to do?

Upon arrival of the package, the Customer is asked to check that it does not show signs of tampering. Otherwise, it will accept the goods “with reserve”. No claim can be considered valid if reported after 7 days from receipt of the material. Complaints must be sent by e-mail to the e-mail address info@bidonedesign.it.

However, we remind you that this is a purchase of a refurbished product and therefore the normal dents or any sign / imperfection deriving from the previous use of the bin, which make the product unique, do not fall within the defects subject to complaint.

I changed my mind. How can I cancel the order ?

In the event that the stipulation of a purchase is not made by a business entity, the sale in question is to be considered subject to Legislative Decree 206/2005, which provides for the possibility for the purchaser to exercise the right of withdrawal.

In this case, remote purchases are made by telephone, or via the Internet, whether they are delivered to a home address or picked up at the company headquarters or where the company (Bidone) is physically present. The aforementioned procedure applies to consumers who act for purposes that can be considered unrelated to their own business. Therefore, purchases made by retailers and companies are excluded from the right of withdrawal. The consumer is entitled, within 14 calendar days from receipt of the products, to exercise the right of withdrawal. This right consists of the right to return the purchased product to the vendor and the consequent refund of the purchase price within 14 calendar days from receipt of the return. The shipping and return costs of the goods are not subject to reimbursement.

To cancel an order, the purchaser is required to send an email to info@bidonedesign.it and writing “CANCELLATION OF ORDER #…” in the Subject line. We kindly as that, in the body of the email, you provide us with your account number (IBAN) and the name on the account so that we are able to make the reimbursement payment.
